This is a picture of my kindergarten (
grădiniţă in Romanian).
That's me next to a hole in the picture ... I have no idea what the hole is about ... but it is almost certainly something done by my mother ... my mother was a great mother, as kind and gentle as a person could be, but like any good mother, she had a strong mama bear instinct and when one of her cubs was threatened one didn't want to be anywhere near ... I'm going with someone took one of my cookies ...
You may also notice that there aren't a lot of smiles (only a few grim ones ...) ... that probably comes with sleeping with a book about Lenin ...

I definitely want to zoom in on this one! Your mother was fierce (or crazy!).
It would be a good idea to also add the picture to the story (ie don't just leave it as the cover picture). That way, we can easily zoom, rotate, etc
